Happy Dad ingredients include carbonated water, alcohol, natural flavor, cane sugar, citric acid, sodium citrate and tripotassium citrate.

DOES HAPPY DAD CONTAIN HOPS?

No. Happy Dad does not contain hops.

IS HAPPY DAD KOSHER?

Currently, our only single-pack flavors that are kosher are Grape and Raspberry. Our 24 ounce “Big Poppa” cans are also kosher. Our kosher products have the “U” kosher symbol on the cans and boxes.

IS HAPPY DAD GLUTEN FREE?

Yes. Happy Dad is made with gluten free ingredients.

HOW DO I VERIFY MY AGE WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER?

The recipient must be 21 years of age and present government-issued photo identification upon delivery.

WHY IS HAPPY DAD NOT AVAILABLE IN MY STATE/COUNTRY?

Currently, we are only available in the United States. We are available in AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MA, MI, MO, NV, NY, NJ, OH, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI & Washington D.C. At this time, we are not expanding internationally with the exception of Canada in 2024.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel an order for a full refund as long as your order has not shipped. To cancel your order, please email myorder@happydad.comwith your order number and email address used to place your order. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

WHY WAS I CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE FOR AN ORDER?

If you use a credit card to place an order and it is declined for any reason (including, but not limited to invalid CVV, expiration date, billing address, etc.), you may see a pending charge on your account. If this happens, the pending charge will clear from your bank statement within 1-5 days. Unfortunately if this happens, we are not able to do anything on our end. If you are concerned about the pending charges, the best option is to contact your bank. If these charges do not disappear from your account after 10 business days, please reach out to our support team to investigate at myorder@happydad.com.

WHY IS MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD NOT WORKING?

If your credit or debit card is not working, please verify that the following information is correct: Credit or debit card number, Expiration date, CVV/card security code, Cardholder name, Billing address, Sufficient funds or credit available. If you are still having issues, the best option is to reach out to your financial institution/bank directly.

DO THE PRICES SHOWN ON PRODUCT PAGES INCLUDE TAX?

Prices shown on product pages do not include tax. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and relevant tax rules.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

At this time, we are unable to make any changes to any orders.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

MY ORDER/ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order/item is damaged during shipping, please email myorder@happydad.comwithin 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include a photo of the damaged order/item, the email address used to place the order and the order number. If 48 hours have passed since delivery, we are unable to replace or refund your order.

MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER

If your order was returned to sender for any reason, you will receive an email from our customer service team to fix the issue once the package has been delivered back to our fulfillment center. If you do not respond within 7 days, your order will be canceled and refunded minus any relevant shipping fees. Once an item has been marked as returned to sender by the post office, the only option is to wait for it to arrive back to our warehouse.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED IS LEGITIMATE OR REAL?

The only way to know if a Happy Dad merchandise product is legitimate or real is to purchase it from happydad.com, our Amazon store, or from @happydad’s Instagram’s and Facebook’s shop. Please be aware that there are many counterfeit and fake Happy Dad items being sold on third party websites and marketplaces. There is no way to guarantee the authenticity of items sold on any other site than the sites listed above.
